What quality standards does Bloomto follow in manufacturing?

Update Time:2026/7/31

Bloomto's quality management system follows TS16949 principles with a 3-stage QC process: Stage 1 — Incoming materials inspection (fabric, trims, hardware verified against specs), Stage 2 — In-process quality control (inline inspection during cutting, sewing, and finishing), Stage 3 — Final inspection (AQL 2.5/4.0 standards per ISO 2859).

Quality Control Stages

1

Incoming Inspection

All fabric roll-tested for defects, shrinkage, and color; trims and accessories verified against PO specs

2

In-Process QC

Line inspectors check every stage: cutting accuracy, seam quality, stitch density, size tolerance

3

Final Inspection

AQL 2.5 critical / 4.0 major standards; includes visual, measurement, and functional testing

4

Pre-Shipment Audit

Random sampling per AQL; photos/videos provided; only pass lots are shipped

Bloomto's QC team has 8+ years average experience and undergoes annual training on international quality standards. Our defect rate has been maintained below 1.5% for the past 3 years — significantly better than the apparel industry average of 3–5%.
