Amy Chen, the founder of Bloomto, has over a decade of experience in the foreign trade business. She is not only an expert in market operations but also deeply understands the social responsibilities that a business should bear. From the moment she founded Bloomto, she seamlessly combined her years of business experience with a sense of responsibility toward society, leading the company to achieve remarkable success in international markets while never forgetting to give back to society.

Amy's career began in the foreign trade field, and through years of experience, she established an extensive network in global markets. Under her leadership, Bloomto gradually developed into a company offering high-quality customized sportswear. She understands that success is not only about providing quality products but also about establishing long-term, stable relationships with clients based on trust. This is why she places great emphasis on providing comprehensive training systems for employees, helping new staff quickly grow and ensuring the team can respond rapidly to market changes.Under Amy’s leadership, Bloomto quickly became international. She set up a refined foreign trade system and, in 2015, formally established the foreign trade department, gradually forming a business model that integrated both manufacturing and trade. Through partnerships with clients in the United States, Canada, Australia, and other countries, Bloomto began to make a name for itself and secured a position in the international market.

Amy is not only focused on the business success of her company, but she also deeply understands the social responsibility that businesses must bear. From the very beginning, Bloomto has focused on combining social impact with business development. Amy established the Bloomto Foundation, dedicated to supporting educational and social welfare causes. Under her leadership, Bloomto donated to the first Mind Garden School and launched the "Public Welfare Fund" project: for every piece of sportswear produced, the company donates 0.2 RMB to support the education and living needs of children with intellectual disabilities. This initiative has not only earned the company social recognition but also become one of the brand's unique trademarks.


Meeting Challenges and Embracing Innovation

As the business expanded, Amy understood that competition in the market was becoming increasingly fierce. In order to stand out, she continuously drove product innovation. In 2016, Amy personally led the team to develop a new fabric, the "Double-Sided Brushed Fabric" (77% Polyester, 23% Spandex), which enhanced the comfort of sportswear and strengthened its market competitiveness. This innovation helped Bloomto's clients experience rapid growth, with two major clients increasing their orders from 50 pieces to 5,000 pieces.As the popularity of yoga apparel surged, Amy led the team to expand the business further by increasing investment in design and R&D. During the pandemic, the yoga apparel market saw explosive growth. Amy quickly responded to market demand by blending yoga with fashion, which boosted Bloomto’s brand influence. She also invested more in fabric development to ensure that every product could meet the high standards of the market.
