A wide range of SKUs makes it challenging to maintain consistent quality standards
Capacity expansion lags behind, making it hard to keep up with rapid market growth
Long product development cycles increase the risk of missing key launch windows
Complex multi-region sourcing leads to high coordination costs and lack of an integrated supply solution

To provide an accurate quote, Bloomto typically needs:
• Tech pack (key POM measurements, construction details, print/artwork placement, measurement tolerances)
• Fabric requirements (composition, GSM, stretch/recovery, handfeel, number of colors)
• Order quantity (per style / per color / size breakdown) and target ex-factory price (if available)
• Brand customization (logo application method, main label / care label / hangtag, packaging requirements)
• Testing & compliance requirements (e.g., colorfastness, pilling, restricted substances, etc.)
• Incoterms & destination (EXW/FOB/CIF/DDP, port/address, required lead time)
Bloomto treats consistency as a system, not just a sample result:
• Approval standards: confirm lab dip, bulk fabric swatches, and shade band before bulk production
• Batch traceability: record fabric lot numbers and dye/finishing batch data to align reorders
• Repeatable fit: establish stable fit blocks + POM tolerance charts
• Quality gates: use IQC/IPQC/FQC to catch deviations during production and avoid bulk “drift”
• Reorder alignment: match all approved references (fit, color, handfeel, construction & workmanship)
Our MOQ depends on the construction method, but the baseline is:
• Regular cut & sew activewear: 100 pcs per style
• Seamless / knit seamless programs: 200 pcs per style
