Bloomto Team Day 2026: Sports, Music, BBQ and Shared Joy
On August 28, 2026, the Bloomto team came together for one of the most anticipated internal celebrations of the year—our annual sports day and barbecue team-building event.
Although this year’s gathering arrived a little later than usual, it was well worth the wait. Over time, the event has become more than an annual company activity. It has grown into a special tradition for the Bloomto team—a day filled with movement, laughter, connection and appreciation.
From energetic team sports and an informal concert to a lively barbecue and the presentation of education support funds for employees’ children, the celebration brought colleagues and families together in a relaxed and joyful atmosphere.
An Annual Tradition Built Around Team Spirit
As a custom activewear manufacturer, movement is naturally connected to what we create every day. However, our annual sports day is not about production targets, business meetings or daily responsibilities.
It gives everyone an opportunity to step away from their usual roles, enjoy friendly competition and experience the energy of working together in a different environment.
During the activities, colleagues supported one another, collaborated as teams and enjoyed plenty of memorable moments. The event reflected many of the qualities that are also important in our daily work, including communication, trust, persistence and mutual support.
A strong team is built not only through professional responsibilities, but also through shared experiences that help people understand and support one another.
A Stage for Everyone to Shine
After the sports activities, the celebration continued with the Bloomto team’s own informal “star concert.”
Without the formality of a professional stage, colleagues were free to sing, perform and enjoy the moment. Team members who usually work in design, product development, production, quality control, sales and customer service had an opportunity to show a completely different side of themselves.
The performances filled the gathering with music, applause and laughter. More importantly, they created an environment where everyone could relax, express themselves and feel appreciated as an individual.
At Bloomto, we believe a positive company culture should allow people to contribute their professional strengths while also feeling comfortable being themselves.
Sharing Food, Laughter and Conversation
No team celebration would be complete without good food. The barbecue brought everyone together around the tables to cook, talk and enjoy the evening.
Away from production areas, offices and meeting rooms, colleagues had more time to exchange stories and strengthen relationships across different departments.
These informal moments may appear simple, but they play an important role in building understanding and cooperation. When people know one another better, communication becomes more open, teamwork becomes more natural and challenges are easier to solve together.
The lively barbecue atmosphere reflected the warmth and sense of belonging that have made this annual celebration such a meaningful part of Bloomto’s company culture.
Supporting the Next Generation
One of the most meaningful parts of the event was the presentation of education support funds for employees’ children entering a new stage of their studies.
While the adults enjoyed the sports, music and barbecue, the children also arrived with excitement and expectation. For them, the education support fund represented encouragement as they prepared for a new chapter in their academic journey.

The annual team day reminded us that business progress is never achieved by one person alone. It depends on people who communicate, support one another and remain committed even when the work becomes demanding.
