Sampling Timeline — 10 to 15 Business Days
Step 1: Tech Pack Review
We review your tech pack or reference sample, confirm feasibility, and provide feedback within 2-3 days.
Step 2: Pattern and Sample Making
Our pattern makers draft and cut the first sample. This takes 5-7 days for most activewear styles.
Step 3: Fit Review and Revision
You review the sample, provide fit feedback, and we make adjustments. Typically 3-5 days per revision.
Step 4: Final Approval
Once the fit and construction meet your standards, we issue the production-ready sample approval.
Bulk Production Timeline — 30 to 50 Business Days
- Fabric and Trim Procurement: 10-15 days — we source, test, and confirm all materials
- Production Scheduling and Cutting: 5-7 days — fabric laid, cut, and bundled by size and color
- Sewing and Assembly: 10-15 days — in-line quality checks at each sewing station
- Finishing, Pressing and Packing: 5-7 days — final inspection, ironing, tagging, and packing
- Shipment Preparation: 3-5 days — loading, documentation, and shipping arrangements
