What is your quality control process?

Update Time:2026/7/16

We follow a process-based quality management system designed to deliver consistent, sell-ready bulk production. Each order passes through four control stages before shipment.

Our 4-Stage QC Process

1

Pre-Cut Inspection

All incoming fabric and trims are checked against specifications before cutting begins. This includes fabric weight, color shade, width, and defect density.

2

Sampling and Fit Approval

Measurements, fit, construction details, and stitching quality are reviewed on pre-production samples. Production does not proceed until samples are signed off.

3

In-Line Quality Control

QC checkpoints are placed at key production operations cutting, sewing, finishing, and labeling to catch issues early and reduce rework.

4

Final Inspection Before Shipment

AQL-based (Acceptable Quality Limit) inspection covering appearance, measurements, labeling, packaging, and overall workmanship consistency.

What We Inspect

  • Fabric quality weight, handfeel, color, and defects
  • Garment measurements against approved spec sheet
  • Stitching tension, seam strength, and thread quality
  • Label and hangtag placement, content accuracy
  • Packaging consistency polybag, carton, and marking
  • Overall appearance no stains, loose threads, or pressing issues
