Order Confirmation and Material Sourcing

You receive an order confirmation with a production timeline. We source and confirm all fabrics, trims, and accessories before cutting begins.

Production Schedule and Start Notice

Once sourcing is complete, we share a confirmed production schedule with estimated start and completion dates for each operation.

In-Line Production Updates

During production, we provide periodic updates on cutting, sewing, and finishing progress. QC reports are shared at each stage.

Final Inspection and Shipment Tracking

After final AQL inspection, we share the inspection report and shipment tracking number so you can monitor delivery in real time.

Communication: Updates are typically shared via email or your preferred communication channel. For larger programs, we can provide a dedicated account manager who coordinates all updates and milestone reports.
